What’s the minimum order for a custom apparel run?
About 50 pieces per style for a managed production run. Below that, the print-on-demand storefront is the better fit — no minimum, printed on demand.
What does the per-unit price include?
The blank, one or more decoration methods (embroidery, screen print, or a mix) at any number of placements, and bagged-and-tagged finishing in your branding — folded, poly-bagged, neck tag and hang tag. Art and setup is a one-time $75–$250 per design.
Can you make a fully custom blank instead of a catalog garment?
Yes — that’s our specialty. Bring a garment you love and we pattern, size, and grade it XS–XXL in the material of your choosing, then finish it like a brand. Custom blank development starts at $350 one-time.
How long does a production run take?
Plan on roughly 8–12 weeks for a managed run, including art prep, an optional golden sample, production, quality control, and freight. We build in a buffer and keep you posted at each step.
What’s the difference between print-on-demand and a managed run?
Print-on-demand is a store on your website with zero inventory — great for testing and one-offs, but margins are thin and quality is capped. A managed run is real premium apparel at defensible margins. Many clients test on print-on-demand, then graduate winners to a production run.
