What’s the difference between the three ways to order?
Fully Custom is your own blank made from scratch — your fabric, fit, and sizing, graded XS–XXL — a bespoke production run for larger orders (~8–12 weeks). Premium Local uses premium catalog blanks decorated right here in Santa Ana, California — the everyday choice, with low minimums (~24–50 pieces) and a ~2–3 week turnaround. Print-on-Demand is a shop built into your website that prints and ships each piece on demand — zero inventory, great for one-offs.
What’s the minimum order?
Premium Local starts around 24–50 pieces. Fully Custom runs have larger minimums (we quote per project). Print-on-demand has no minimum — pieces are printed as your customers order them.
How fast can I get them?
Premium Local is roughly 2–3 weeks since it’s decorated locally in Santa Ana. A Fully Custom production run is about 8–12 weeks including art, an optional sample, production, and freight. Print-on-demand ships per order as customers buy.
Can you make a fully custom blank instead of a catalog garment?
Yes — that’s the Fully Custom lane. Bring a garment you love and we pattern, size, and grade it XS–XXL in the material of your choosing, then finish it like a brand with neck tags, hang tags, and optional packaging.
What decoration can I get?
Embroidery, screen print, or a mix — at any placements (front, back, sleeve, tag). We spec it with you and prep the art so it comes out clean.
Do you handle the whole process?
Yes. We manage everything — art prep, blanks and decoration, samples, quality control, and delivery. You’re working with one point of contact, not juggling a factory and a decorator yourself.
